Preheat your oven to 180°C/350°F. Grease a baking dish and set aside.
Heat some oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the diced onion and fry until translucent. Add the minced garlic and spices and stir until fragrant.
Add the pork mince and fry until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
Add the cooked pumpkin and chutney to the pan and stir to combine everything well.
Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish.
Whisk together the eggs and milk. Pour the egg mixture over the pork mixture and top with some laurel leaves.
Bake the bobotie for 30-40 minutes or until the top is set and the filling is cooked through.
Serve hot with some rice, and enjoy!
